Established in May 2008, London Irish FC became an Amateur club in 2008/09 Season. There have been many developments over the past few weeks, including a growing relationship with Londons Two Largest Irish Based Bands 'Bible Code Sundays' and 'The Reels'.

London having such a Large Irish Community it wasn't going to be hard to find a small group of second generation Irish to run such a promising adventure. As discussion got more serious and the drink got more involved London Irish FC started to grow. When the drunken mist had cleared it was too late to turn back as something had been Born. London Irish Football Club was officially upon us but we need a team to guide it. Shane Gavin having had the experience in previous years took the role as the Director of Football. Mark Kirby having had a large amount of experience in football was a perfect candidate for First Team Manager. James Duncan having the same experience with Mark Kirby was given the role as Development Manager after many years coaching at a lower league level. Paul Fitzgerald was another candidate on the Management Team with natural leadership abilities. Luke Tossoun was an obvious choice for one of the most important roles at any club even more so a club related to the Irish Community and was given the role as Social Secretary.
